Abby got her career start in London’s money market, working originally as a trading room “board boy.” Loving the excitement of the London Interbank market, she quickly rose through the ranks to hold an FCIB and become one of the first female Chief Traders in England. Later, she and her family would move to the United States where she became a foreign exchange broker and Senior Vice President for one of the larger Wall Street firms. As an International Trader and speaker who traveled extensively between Europe and the United States, Abby was called upon to mentor industry leaders with a combination of acquired knowledge and instinct. Not long after 9/11, the family moved to Arizona, where she eventually went to work for The Salvation Army’s Divisional Head Quarters in Phoenix. There she served as Director of Special Events and Corporate Relations for over six years. Following a relief trip to Haiti with a team of nurses and other professionals in 2010, she was moved to become involved in the The Salvation Army’s Emergency Disaster Services. This she did as an internal volunteer and the Arizona State VOAD (Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster) Liaison. She is also certified in CISM (Critical Incident Stress Management) and has worked locally as a chaplain. Abby is the Founder of The Caritas Consultant, working with non-profits nationwide.

Joe’s professional career spans over 30 years and includes sales and leadership positions with Fortune 100 companies, an Inc. 500 Top 10 organization and various start-ups. His early career included roles in sales and marketing with United Parcel Service and John Hancock Financial Services. Joe’s passion for business development and personal growth, as well as public speaking, has led to his involvement in the successful launch of businesses across multiple industry lines including Financial Services, Telecommunications, Real Estate and Business Coaching. Joe’s special gift is being able to help people navigate between a problem or obstacle and the action needed to overcome it. He has a heart-felt drive to assist individuals in overcoming adversity and reaching their full potential in life. As a relatable professional, Joe has presented to thousands of people at live events and trained, coached and mentored hundreds of individuals and business owners in one-on-one, team and group settings. Joe currently serves as the Chief Sales Officer of Hilton Business Ventures, sitting on their Executive Leadership Team. Joe is a Subject Matter Expert on the subject of professional selling, as well as the Founder of The Sales Activist, a strategic sales advisory firm working with business owners nationwide.
